100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements in a fast-paced production environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, apply lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and implement data-driven improvements across extrusion and related processes. The role requires strong project management skills, experience with process control, and a track record of delivering tangible cost and quality improvements in manufacturing operations.

Qualificações

• Requires a 4-year engineering degree.
• Minimum 4+ years in manufacturing environment.
• Experience with lean sigma implementation and process optimization.
