Job summary

Jacobs Management Group is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for an on-site role in Corona, CA. You will optimize extrusion and manufacturing processes, drive cost reductions, and lead product launches with rigorous validation and documentation.

Ideal candidates will have experience with thermoplastic extrusion or related processes, strong root cause analysis/TX validation skills, and familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean principles. This role offers growth in a growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience engineering thermoplastic extrusion, molding, or assembly processes.
• Fluent in root cause analysis and IQ/OQ/PQ validation.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvements that reduce scrap and cost while protecting quality
• Support extrusion, secondary operations, and packaging
• Lead new-product launches with FMEA, PFD, and part/tool design reviews
• Own validation and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) protocols
• Partner with maintenance on root cause analysis and irreversible corrective action
• Mentor technicians and write the process documentation others rely on
