Alexandria Industries is seeking an Extrusion Manager to guide the extrusion department, enforce safety standards, and drive strategic growth. You will mentor staff, ensure on-time production, and align department goals with corporate objectives.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing and aluminum extrusion, with leadership experience and a background in engineering or business management. Expect collaborative problem-solving and budget accountability within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business management, Engineering, or related program.
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years of Aluminum Extrusion experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and mentorship to the extrusion department.
• Lead safety initiatives and maintain a safe work environment.
• Develop and manage the department budget and expenses.
• Coordinate cross-training and employee development opportunities.
• Monitor performance and support employee reviews.
• Partner with Plant Manager and extrusion supervisors on schedules and capacity.
