Qualifications

• Bachelor- or equivalent-level experience in manufacturing leadership preferred.
• Associate degree required: Machine Tool Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of precision machining and manufacturing application experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Experience driving process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and manufacturing data systems.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
