Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience is required.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) needed.
• Ability to read die drawings and inspect parts per specs.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up and run extrusion press to maximize output.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Support safety programs and 5S initiatives in the press area.
• Cross-train in department functions to improve versatility.
• Meet delivery schedules and monitor process data per control plan.
• Inspect samples and adjust billet and process sheets as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance to keep equipment in good condition.
