Job summary

Danfoss Power Solutions in Mountain Home, AR is seeking an Operator Level III (Extruder) for the 2nd shift. You will operate rubber extruder machines to cover hose with rubber and maintain a safe, clean work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external personnel.

Responsibilities

• Operate rubber extrusion service functions, including pin, die, stock, and mandrel changes.
• Set up and operate extrusion equipment per specification sheets and production documentation.
• Monitor product quality by checking concentricity against specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area while supporting continuous production operations.
• Assist fellow operators and cross-train in multiple functions across the department.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and company guidelines; perform other duties as assigned.
