Job summary

Danfoss in Mountain Home, Arkansas is seeking a rubber extrusion operator to run extruder machines and apply rubber to hose. This 3rd shift position runs Sunday through Thursday from 10:45 p.m.

to 7:00 a.m., supporting continuous production. You will perform setup and changeovers, monitor product quality for concentricity and specifications, keep a clean, safe work area, and cross-train across functions while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.

This is a 3rd Shift position, with work hours from 10:45 pm to 7:00 am, Sunday through Thursday.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform rubber extrusion service functions, including pin, die, stock, and mandrel changes, and ensure mandrels and tooling are cleaned, maintained, and returned properly after use
• Set up and operate extrusion equipment by correctly installing vacuum cones, following extruder specification sheets, and completing all required production documentation.
• Monitor product quality by checking concentricity and ensuring compliance with established specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area while supporting continuous production operations.
• Assist fellow operators, cross-train in multiple functions, and provide operational flexibility across the department.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and company guidelines and perform other duties as assigned.
