Responsibilities

• Operate spiral machines and load material per spec sheets and instructions.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety devices and procedures.
• Ensure material is ready for next run per production schedule before setup.
• Run spiral machines per spec sheet and conduct required quality checks and paperwork.
• Contribute to development and improvement of Standardized Work documentation.
• Maintain cross-shift communication between management and staff.
• Monitor productivity to meet quality and production targets.
• Maintain 5-S standards in the work area.
• Participate in plant improvement projects and teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
