Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Pharmacy or related science with strong GMP knowledge.
• At least 7 years in pharmaceutical/chemical manufacturing or related technical roles.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Business English fluency and ability to interact with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CMOs to drive end-to-end supply across product lifecycles.
• Oversee contractual obligations and monitor CMO performance against KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage project execution in line with Bayer standards.
• Ensure cGMP/ISO documentation compliance and timely production schedules.
