Qualifications:

• 2+ years of external audit experience from large CPA firms, including one busy season as a senior. Candidates with combined external audit and corporate accounting/finance experience at a large public corporation are also considered
• CPA or progression toward it preferred
• Corporate accounting and/or finance experience at a large public corporation is a plus
• Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including proficiency in U.S. GAAP and FASB rules and standards
• Demonstrated career progression and job stability

Compensation and Benefits:

• Total Compensation: $110,000–$135,000 commensurate with experience; base salary starting at $85,000 in most markets
• The entrepreneurial compensation approach combines a competitive base salary with several energizing incentives, allowances, and experiences. Over the last five years, professionals have earned an average of more than 44% of their base salary in incentive compensation
