As the Director of Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting, you will oversee all aspects of external financial reporting to the SEC and other regulatory bodies, including the 10K, 10Q, and 8K filings, as well as lender and management reports. You will collaborate with internal teams and external specialists to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial disclosures. The role involves managing technical accounting areas such as stock-based compensation and earnings per share, and implementing new disclosure guidance.
This position will direct accounting policies to ensure compliance with US GAAP, provide technical guidance, and oversee complex accounting matters like goodwill impairment and derivatives. You will report to the Assistant Global Corporate Controller.

Salary range: $92,000 - $165,000, depending on experience and location. Potential for bonuses and other benefits.
