Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Two years of experience in community work or related activities.
• Alternate: High school diploma with six years of related experience.
• At least one year of experience as described in the first option.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and planning for meetings, stakeholder engagements, ceremonies, conferences, resource fairs, public events, and agency outreach activities.
• Serve as a liaison between agency staff and external stakeholders, including community organizations, veteran-serving organizations, elected officials, nonprofit partners, and other government entities.
• Support scheduling coordination and stakeholder communications related to external engagements and agency initiatives.
• Assist with the coordination of external affairs operations, including event preparation, briefing logistics, guest management, follow-up actions, and operational execution.
• Track external engagement requests, partnership activities, outreach initiatives, and stakeholder follow-up actions to ensure timely coordination and execution.
• Represent the agency at meetings, outreach events, and community engagements as assigned.
