Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required; MS preferred.
• 5 years of engineering and product development experience.
• Experience with actuated kinematic systems and hardware requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; independent work capability.
• Familiarity with vehicle system integration and DFM; Teamcenter experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design release of Exterior Hardware components.
• Coordinate PDTs with suppliers and GM teams; ensure timely reviews.
• Drive program timing and cost targets; manage cost controls.
• Develop subsystem requirements and sourcing packages.
• Lead PDT through subsystem launches and verify designs.
