Job summary

Boutique Recruiting in South Florida is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead exterior concrete restoration projects, oversee project management operations, and serve as a trusted field partner to ownership. You will manage multiple active projects, coordinate field work and subcontractors, and handle client escalations from contract award through completion.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in exterior concrete or building envelope restoration, with proven ability to lead complex projects

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience, ideally in exterior restoration or building envelope work.
• Proven ability to manage multiple active projects exceeding $1M in value.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, change orders, job costing, scheduling, and restoration requirements.
• Experience with engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead difficult client conversations and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to operate independently and represent ownership professionally.
• Experience with condominium associations and boards is highly preferred; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple exterior concrete, structural restoration, waterproofing, and façade projects in South Florida.
• Oversee Project Managers, field operations, scheduling, manpower, and subcontractor coordination.
• Manage project execution from award to completion within schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Serve as senior client liaison with HOA/condo boards, engineers, consultants, attorneys, and ownership groups.
• Lead meetings, resolve escalations, and defend change orders to protect company interests.
• Review financial performance, job costing, contracts, change orders, and assist with invoicing.
• Represent ownership in the field and provide leadership across project teams.
