• Experience leading exterior lighting development across milestones.
• Experience with DFMEA, DVP&R, design reviews, and EC management
• Ability to lead suppliers and cross-functional teams with clear communication

• Systems Engineering for Exterior Lighting.
• Generate and execute technical solutions for Exterior Lighting components to support new vehicle programs.
• Perform complex engineering evaluation analysis.
• Translate requirements into robust exterior lighting designs.
• Develop preliminary CAD designs and concept models to support early design development.
• Lead supplier technical execution, including design reviews and tooling readiness.
• Production release of Exterior Lighting systems and features.
• Drive validation readiness and DFMEA/DVP&R evidenceclosure.
• Communicate information to internal and external organizations.
