Job summary

KLA is seeking a Senior Export Specialist to join the Global Trade Compliance team in the United States. The role focuses on US export controls, export compliance, and import compliance, collaborating with Legal, Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, and regional trade teams.

You will design and optimize trade processes, develop Power BI dashboards and analytics, and monitor key KPIs while staying ahead of regulatory changes across global trade operations.

Qualifications

• Doctorate with 3 years of related experience; Master's with 6 years; Bachelor's with 8 years.
• Experience in export controls, ECCN classifications, and license concepts.
• Experience with SAP GTS, SAP, ACE or trade-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support classification engineering and ECCN determinations.
• Maintain HS/HTS classifications for equipment and components.
• Develop and monitor compliance dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Lead automation initiatives and process improvements in trade compliance.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and engineering teams to standardize processes.
