HawkEye 360 in Herndon, Virginia seeks a Senior Export Licensing & Compliance Manager to lead export control and trade compliance functions. In this role, you will prepare and implement Technical Assistance Agreements and manage compliance investigations.

The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of hands-on experience in trade compliance, strong knowledge of ITAR and EAR regulations, and a proven record with DDTC, DTSA, and BIS. A competitive compensation package includes a salary range of $185,000–$230,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of direct experience in trade compliance and export licensing, preferably in space business operations.
• Deep expertise with ITAR and EAR regulations, including voluntary disclosures.
• Proven track record with DDTC, DTSA, and BIS.

Responsibilities

• Draft, submit, and manage international export licenses and technical agreements.
• Conduct compliance investigations and manage internal compliance policies.
• Act as the primary interface with relevant government agencies.
