Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr. Export Compliance Officer to advise global ISC operations on EAR and ITAR compliance. You’ll work with leadership to ensure adherence to U.S.

export controls and support strategic initiatives, reporting to the Manager of Export Compliance. The role features a Hybrid work schedule. You will draft licenses, evaluate exemptions, and guide cross-functional teams through complex export requirements, ensuring timely, compliant shipments and robust records

Qualifications

• 2+ years related work experience in export compliance or international trade
• Experience with ITAR and EAR; familiarity with OFAC sanctions
• Bachelor’s degree as listed
• Experience with SAP / GTS
• Experience with EASE OCR
• Experience with SNAP-R and/or DECCS
• Knowledge of export requirements for software/technical data
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• High ethical standards and integrity

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage high volume of complex export licenses and authorizations
• Evaluate license exceptions and exemptions for proposed export transactions
• Develop end-to-end export authorization strategy for product development
• Assist with export post-approval strategy and conditions
• Review export shipments in SAP-GTS against authorizations
• Conduct export compliance reviews for supply chain, procurement, logistics, and program management
• Assist with export audits, investigations, disclosures
• Support export process improvements and implementation
• Provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders
• Deliver export compliance training to strategic business groups
• Maintain records of export activities for regulatory reporting
