Job summary

Serco is seeking an Export Compliance Specialist - Sr. to support the F-35 Joint Program Office mission.

The role focuses on senior-level export compliance reviews, coordination with DoD and contractor stakeholders, and leadership briefings in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should have a Master's or equivalent experience, with 10+ years in export compliance or related DoD support, and must be able to obtain/maintain a Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with senior government and contractor stakeholders.
• Experience supporting export compliance, international programs, or DoD functions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance (active Secret preferred).
• Willingness to work on site in Arlington, VA, with up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level export compliance reviews, documentation, coordination, and process execution.
• Review complex export compliance actions and ensure accuracy of packages.
• Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders to track actions and resolve issues.
• Support development and maintenance of export compliance trackers, documentation, briefings, and reports.
• Advise team on documentation expectations, workflow, and action tracking.
• Provide status updates and recommendations to improve execution.
• Prepare reports, briefings, and compliance status updates for leadership.
