Job summary

Anduril Industries in Mississippi is seeking a Senior Explosives Operations Engineer to join our Lethality Team in McHenry. You will help move explosive capabilities from development to test and field support by building safe, compliant, executable operations for mission-critical programs.

You will plan and execute explosives operations, lead safety activities, manage storage and forecasting, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams across land, sea, and air domains.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in explosives operations, including safety, storage, transport, and field work.
• Experience applying DoD/ATF/DOT/OSHA regulations in real environments.
• Experience developing SOPs and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute explosives operations for current and future Anduril products.
• Lead range safety activities and contribute to safety and compliance posture.
• Translate requirements into operational plans across cross-functional teams.
• Assist in explosives storage, inventory, security, and forecasting.
• Train others on safe handling and operational execution.
