Qualifications

Extensive experience in explosive safety operations and EOD.
Advanced knowledge of explosive safety principles and risk management.
Experience developing and administering safety programs and standards.
Experience supporting weapon, munition, fuze, or energetic system development.
Active U.S. government safety reviews experience or familiarity.

Responsibilities

Lead explosive safety program development, implementation, and improvement.
Develop standards and procedures for ammunition and energetic materials.
Provide senior technical guidance to engineering, operations, and logistics teams.
Coordinate with government safety review authorities and document safety data.
Oversee hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk mitigation for complex energetic operations.
Lead logistics planning for energetic materials across multiple facilities.
