B&A is looking for a Senior Exploitation Specialist / Data Steward to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. The role is based at an Analysis Office, NGA Washington (NCE) in Springfield, VA, and is part of the GEO-SPI B labor framework. As an Exploitation Specialist, the successful candidate will structure, organize, and maintain geospatial data holdings so that mission and analytic teams can reliably discover, access, and exploit trusted spatial information. This Senior‑level (Level 4) position requires leading, integrating, defining tasks, and validating work with advanced knowledge and proven experience. The Senior will provide technical direction and quality control over lower‑level personnel, advise government leadership on data management processes and technology, and lead collaboration across NGA and Intelligence Community teams.
