Job summary

Immerse Analytics LLC seeks a seasoned cost/price analyst to support pre-award contracting activities, including IGCEs and price analysis up to contract award. The role requires handling direct and indirect cost elements, forecasting pricing trends, and guiding analytic methods across teams.

Senior level with a Bachelor's degree or Expert level with a Master's, with 8–12 or 13+ years respectively, and the ability to operate with minimal oversight. TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance is required.

Job Description:

Provides cost/price analysis support with comprehensive knowledge of the full scope of laws, regulations, and policies that affect both the development of IGCEs and the cost/price analysis of proposal submitted for all pre-award contracting activities up to and including contract award.

Job Requirements

• Requires 8-12 years of experience - Senior Level w/Bachelor's Degree
• Requires 13+ years of experience - Expert Level w/Master's degree
• Must have performed relevant actions with relevant experience within the last 2 years.
• Perform cost/price analysis on the various elements of major contractor proposals, reviewing in detail the significant direct and indirect cost elements.
• Assists in the development of and/or make recommendations for the cost/price objectives to be used in negotiations.
• Provide a forecast of price trends, economic factors and efficiencies in production for future accounting periods using analytical techniques such as random sampling, cost models, and parametric cost models.
• Request, coordinate and integrate into a comprehensive pricing report the various technical evaluations of cost elements
• Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies to solve issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
