• Minimum 2 years of experience leading graphic designers or cross-functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes and production.
• Experience managing projects from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to develop and refine the department's strategic vision and goals.
• Create a workback plan aligned with internal event calendars.
