FTP Agency | Food Truck Promotions seeks an imaginative experiential and spatial designer to turn brands, briefs, and footprints into immersive, photographable experiences. This full-time contract role can convert to a full-time staff position based on performance.

You’ll conceptualize mobile tours, activations, and retail environments, translating identities into physical spaces, from vehicle placement to custom displays.

Formación

• Strong portfolio of experiential/spatial design with built work.
• Experience leading projects from concept to fabrication.
• Solid understanding of scale, materials, lighting, and storytelling.
• Proficiency with 3D design workflows and presentation tools.
• Ability to produce client visuals and clear design docs.
• Knowledge of fabrication methods, modular construction, and transport.
• Awareness of accessibility, guest flow, and site constraints.
• Effective communication and ability to iterate with a fast-moving team.
• Experience with mobile activations, vehicle conversions, or pop-ups is highly relevant.
• Familiarity with AI visualization tools is welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Develop original concepts for mobile tours, activations, pop-ups, and retail environments.
• Translate brand identities into physical spaces using form, color, lighting, and graphics.
• Design activation footprints including vehicle placement, guest entry, queues, and zones.
• Create custom fabrication elements like bars, counters, and display fixtures.
• Design vehicle interiors/exteriors with signage and rooftop features.
• Produce mood boards, sketches, 3D renderings, and communicative renderings for clients.
• Prepare dimensioned drawings and material references for production partners.
• Collaborate with producers, designers, fabricators, and installers within budgets and timelines.
• Review fabrication drawings and progress to preserve design integrity.
• Develop reusable/modular elements adaptable across brands and stops.
