About the Role:

As a Business Services Consultant, known at Bloomreach as a Senior Experience Strategist, you will collaborate extensively with customers and internal teams to deliver thought leadership and successful service projects. Your main responsibilities will include educating customers on industry best practices, demonstrating how to use Bloomreach tools to achieve business value, and helping them meet organizational goals.

Your job will be to:

  • Become an expert in Bloomreach Search and Merchandising products and stay informed about product developments.
  • Deliver business service engagements to ensure customers are proficient in our products and derive maximum value.
  • Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to customers, assisting them in developing plans to achieve their objectives.
  • Suggest optimizations to existing business services to align with customer needs and the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Technical, and Sales teams to ensure successful project delivery and drive towards measured client value.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Professional Services organization by assisting the Business Services Lead in operational processes and team development.
You have the following experience and qualities:
  • 2+ years of experience in Commerce technologies, business consulting, or professional services (i.e. worked with clients on how to get the most out of a Commerce SaaS offering proven by measured value)
  • Deep understanding of the eCommerce space and industry thought leadership, including site merchandising, marketing, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience using third party analytics tools (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) or other analytics visualization and processing tools.
  • Comfort with A/B Testing principals and best practices (i.e. Categories Deep Dive & Analysis, Standard Relevance Report & Analysis, Optimizations Tracker + Tactical Support, Ranking Rules Clean-Up, Site Search Assessment, Searchable Field Audit, Custom Algorithm Analysis).
  • Strong customer orientation with the ability to set and meet expectations.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven project management skills with experience in multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS and business fundamentals.
  • Natural problem solver and critical thinker with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Willing to travel up to 20%.
Preferred:
  • Proactive and accountable, with a bias toward action and ownership.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS services delivery and customer success.
  • Experience in learning delivery for international enterprise SaaS audiences.
  • Familiarity with digital experience landscapes relevant to Bloomreach products.
  • Additional experience in eCommerce, including site merchandising, marketing, and analytics.

The base salary range for this position is $90,000-$130,000, plus bonus. The pay range actually offered will take into account a variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, geographic location, accomplishments, experience, credentials, internal equity and business needs, and may vary from the range listed above.
