ELEKS Product Design Office in Krakow seeks a Senior Experience Designer to lead user experience efforts for complex SaaS products. The role emphasizes design thinking, human-centered methods, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will craft flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI while contributing to design systems and accessibility. Hybrid work with office days in Kraków is expected.

Formación

• Over 5 years of UX design experience.
• Deep understanding of design thinking methodologies and human-centered design principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Familiarity with component codebases and frontend documentation tools such as Storybook.
• Experience designing complex SaaS products with deep hierarchy.
• Experience with Design Systems (creation, maintenance).
• Design token-based thinking and component library stewardship.
• Complex data table and form design layouts with clear visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work across multiple parallel sub-project streams within the same product.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points.
• Translate research insights and data into clear design recommendations.
• Contribute to product discovery and design activities including workshops and validation.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Use and contribute to design systems for consistent, scalable UX.
• Validate design solutions through usability testing and feedback.
• Consider accessibility and inclusive design throughout the process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align user needs with business goals.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to explore problems and ideate solutions.
• Apply human-centered design principles with user needs at the core.
