Job summary

JANSON Communications, Inc. is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to lead the conceptual design on major military infrastructure projects in the US and Europe, translating intent into buildable architecture and interiors.

You will direct photorealistic renderings, animations, and presentations that win customer approval on first pass. The role blends design and architecture, mentoring designers, and advancing human-centered, technology-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Industrial Design (Master of Architecture preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive professional experience spanning architecture or interior design and visualization, including senior or lead responsibility.
• Portfolio demonstrating original spatial and experiential concepts carried through to built work, with photorealistic rendering and animation.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptual design for assigned projects from customer intent through concept approval, producing the before/after concept package.
• Translate requirements into spatial, branded, and experiential concepts balancing aesthetics and operational reality.
• Present concepts to military/government leadership and manage revision cycles.
