On Board Experiential is seeking a Senior Designer to drive immersive experiences for brands across live events and digital channels. The role collaborates with strategists and designers to develop art direction, 360 campaigns, and compelling visuals, spanning motion, print, and interactive assets.

You will manage multiple projects, partner with internal and external teams, and maintain high design standards while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 4+ years of design experience across digital and print.
• Strong portfolio across digital and physical applications.
• Motion, mobile or interactive design a plus.

Responsabilités

• Concepting: develop strategic design solutions and storyboards.
• Design: create 2D designs for digital and experiential platforms.
• Presentation: participate in internal and client presentations.
• Internal communication: coordinate with teams to deliver on time.
• External communication: coordinate vendors and freelancers.
• Project and time management: manage timelines across teams.
• Inspire: share insights to educate and motivate teams.
