Responsibilities

• Set the experience direction for undefined problem spaces across the customer journey, connecting customer needs and business priorities.
• Create concepts, flows, prototypes, and polished experiences to set the quality bar for cross-functional partners.
• Lead end-to-end design for high-impact initiatives spanning multiple teams or domains.
• Develop a scalable, future-focused perspective for the experience and product strategy.
• Raise craft and judgment of designers through critique, mentorship, and opportunities for others.
• Build and evolve the design frameworks and tools used by the Payments design team.
