Qualifications

• 3+ years in a UX design role focused on digital products
• Ability to create visually appealing, functional designs using industry-standard tools (Figma/Sketch/Adobe)
• Experience designing and optimizing user experiences across web, mobile, and other digital channels
• Ability to interpret complex data and transform it into actionable insights
• Proficient understanding of inclusive design and accessibility guidelines

Responsibilities

• Design and develop elegant solutions to interaction problems across multiple products and platforms, ensuring consistency
• Apply information architecture and storyboarding to improve navigation and findability
• Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and convert data into insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate inclusive design and accessibility standards
• Iterate with user feedback to continuously improve the user experience
• Assist in analyzing market trends and user research to inform design decisions and strategy
