Job summary

WONGDOODY APAC seeks an experienced Experience Designer (UX/EX/CX) in Sydney or Melbourne to evolve onboarding and self-service experiences within the financial sector. You will prototype concepts and craft interaction flows, collaborating with bankers and customers to validate ideas and deliver measurable improvements.

Bring 3+ years at a digital agency, strong Sketch/InVision skills, and a portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at a digital agency as an Information Architect / Experience Designer / Product Designer / UX Designer.
• Strong interaction designer with ability to craft detailed flows and screens.
• Solid Sketch and InVision skills demonstrated in portfolio.
• Portfolio showing role, deliverables and successes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong problem solving.
• Experience designing for mobile customer experiences and defining UI specs.
• Worked in cross-functional teams delivering multiple projects.
• A sense of humour was mentioned.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve onboarding and self-service experiences in financial services.
• Create rapid prototypes and concept designs for interaction tests.
• Define end-to-end experience design for short and long-term goals.
• Deliver practical designs for immediate implementation.
• Document scenarios and UX flows for development teams.
• Test concepts with bankers and customers and refine based on feedback.
