Job summary

Arrowstreet in Boston seeks a senior Experience Designer to lead signage and wayfinding projects in aviation and transportation environments. You will translate concepts into detailed design intent drawings, message schedules, location plans, and specifications.

You will manage complex, multi-phase projects, lead presentations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while mentoring junior staff. On-site only; remote work is not available.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years’ experience in experience design or signage projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, architecture, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; bonus for Revit and Rhino.
• Strong leadership and project-management skills with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts integrating messaging, color, imagery, and typography into three-dimensional built solutions.
• Manage complex, multi-phase projects with upcoming deadlines and budgets.
• Lead presentations and facilitate client meetings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to produce cohesive wayfinding and signage.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and ensure design intent is realized in construction.
• Produce elevations, sections, diagrams, and 3D renderings to support design intent.
