Job summary

Arrowstreet, an award-winning architecture, interiors, and experience design firm based in Boston, seeks well-rounded Project Architects. You will lead project teams across Infrastructure, Multifamily, Academics, and Hospitality with strong design and technical execution.

Expect collaboration with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure high standards and on-schedule delivery. The role requires a balance of design sensibility, technical expertise, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure.
• 5–12 years of post-undergraduate/graduate professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings and communicate technical solutions clearly.
• Coordinate with PM to set work plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Ensure design intent aligns with technical execution.
• Produce detailed drawings, specs, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil consultants.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and permitting.
• Provide construction-phase support and field reports.
• Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and substitutions.
• Perform quality control on deliverables.
• Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Mentor junior staff and project team members.
