Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Experience Design Senior Associate within Design & AI Strategy in New York. You will shape user experiences by blending user needs with business goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and advancing AI-enabled workflows.

The role emphasizes inclusive, accessible design and strong interaction design, information architecture, and frontline front-end work. You will co-own AI-related enablement sessions and help shape the visual design and information

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in UX design or information architecture within a large enterprise.
• Ability to translate business and user needs into AI-enabled concepts and flows.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Support ideation and discovery across AI initiatives with rapid prototyping and information architecture.
• Perform front-end design and development on internal web apps and lightweight prototypes.
• Evaluate AI tools and translate findings into practical guidance and demos.
• Own and evolve UI design and information architecture for custom-built tools.
• Track adoption analytics and participate in design strategy forums.
• Design self-paced learning and onboarding content for workforce tools.
• Onboard users to AI workforce tools end-to-end and conduct quality reviews.
• Co-lead AI office hours and enablement sessions across internal tools.
