Job summary

Industrial and Co. is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to drive end-to-end UX for complex digital products, platforms, and services. You will translate business and technical requirements into intuitive, user-centered solutions while leading experience strategy across multidisciplinary teams.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Business leads in an Agile setting, leveraging research, information architecture, and design systems to create cohesive, accessible experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX strategy and product design experience for enterprise platforms or content-heavy digital ecosystems.
• Mastery of information architecture, journey mapping, user research methodologies, accessibility standards, and design system integration.
• Strong visual sense with typography, layout, and modern interface trends.
• Experience designing with AI capabilities, personalized workflows, and data-driven features.
• Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to pitch design rationale to clients.

Responsibilities

• Map detailed user journeys and define information architectures for content-dense platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business leads in an Agile environment to balance user needs and technical constraints.

Senior Experience Designer

We are seeking a Senior Experience Designer to drive end-to-end UX for complex digital products, platforms, and services. In this role, you will take complex business and technical requirements and turn them into intuitive, user-centered digital solutions. You will lead experience strategy across multidisciplinary teams, leveraging research, information architecture, and modern interaction paradigms to create seamless digital products.

What You'll Do

• Experience Architecture: Map detailed user journeys, define intuitive information architectures, and establish UX frameworks for content-dense digital platforms.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business leads to balance user expectations, technical constraints, and strategic business goals within an Agile framework.
• Modern Interaction Design: Utilize design systems, accessibility standards, data analytics, and emerging interaction patterns (including AI integration) to refine product usability.
• Design Rationale & Storytelling: Articulate experience decisions clearly to executive stakeholders, backing up concepts with research, testing data, and strategic vision.
• Privacy & Personalization: Design cohesive experiences for both authenticated and unauthenticated user flows with a strong focus on privacy and data ethics.
