Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Regional Senior Analyst – Expense Accounting to oversee expense reporting and the month-end close across multiple brands and channels. The role partners with Accounting, FP&A, and Operations to improve processes and ensure accuracy in Wholesale, DTC, and intercompany transactions.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in accounting, a solid US GAAP foundation, and experience with audits, controls, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including multi-entity or publicly traded environment.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience contributing to month-end close, internal control compliance, and audit support.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally and communicate complex topics to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive month-end close activities with journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate, timely expense reporting for Freight, Marketing, Selling, PD, DTC and G&A.
• Prepare audit support documentation and assist with walkthroughs and testing.
• Support SEC reporting requirements with Corporate Accounting and External Reporting teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, FP&A, Legal, and IT on expense-related initiatives.
