Job summary

EnergyLink, a Quanta Services Company, is seeking Expeditors to keep critical Transmission, Substation, and Distribution projects moving on schedule across North America. You will manage post-award material execution from purchase orders through delivery and coordinate with Buyers, Project Managers, Engineering, Construction, Logistics, Suppliers, and Quality teams.

The role covers Expeditor I–Senior levels with on-site work in Avon, MN, and core hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or material coordination.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and BOMs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own post-award material execution from PO to delivery.
• Monitor manufacturing, testing, inspections, shipping milestones with suppliers.
• Build supplier relationships and mitigate schedule risks.
• Track materials and update ERP and project systems.
• Lead supplier meetings and escalation activities as experience grows.
• Support continuous improvement, dashboards, and reporting.
• Mentor junior team members and lead expediting strategies at Senior level.
