Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in expediting, procurement, manufacturing, construction, or project supply chain.
• Ability to challenge supplier schedules, dependencies, and recovery options with teams.
• Experience verifying progress at supplier facilities and identifying constraints.
• Understanding interfaces among documentation, engineering release, procurement, fabrication, and closeout.
• Ability to influence supplier and project leaders and clearly explain risk and actions.
• Commercial awareness, disciplined evidence management, and escalation judgement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to use AI tools and LLMs to streamline tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain contract-specific expediting plans within the approved project framework.
• Manage complex, long-lead, or schedule-critical packages through engineering, manufacturing, shipment, receipt, and closeout.
• Contribute pre-award input on supplier schedule realism, reporting, and document requirements.
• Challenge detailed supplier schedules, dependencies, remaining durations, and commitments.
• Lead expediting review of supplier recovery plans and test recovery actions.
• Plan and lead targeted shop-expediting visits with project approvals.
