Kiewit is seeking a Project Supplier Quality Lead/Manager for the Lenexa, KS office. You will ensure suppliers implement defect prevention, reduce variation, and meet client specs to maximize constructability on projects across multiple markets.

You will be the primary liaison with suppliers, project teams, and clients, leading supplier quality programs, audits, and ITP reviews while traveling up to 25% of the time.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of supplier quality experience on complex projects.
• Experience reviewing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) from suppliers.
• Knowledge of NDE, welding, ASME codes and coatings in heavy industry.
• Ability to travel up to 25% across North America.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage a project-specific supplier quality plan.
• Review and approve project supplier quality documents and ITPs.
• Coordinate with Supplier, Client & TPI for witness and hold inspections per ITPs.
• Lead supplier quality on assigned projects and liaise with clients and project teams.
• Inspect or support inspectors to ensure compliance with codes and project requirements.
• Travel to project sites, Kiewit sites, and supplier locations as required.
