Delta Solutions and Strategies is seeking a highly skilled candidate to join the US Space (S4S) S7 as an Exercise and Wargame Planning and Assessment Subject Matter Expert at Vandenberg Space Force Base. You will support the Joint Exercise Life Cycle from design to report and engage in planning, execution, and evaluation activities.

Travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations is expected, with potential after-hours work.

Qualifications

• Experience developing content for exercises and wargames.
• Ability to plan and execute complex programs from inception to conclusion.
• Strong strategic advisory and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication with senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Support S4S S7 exercise and wargame planning per JELC.
• Participate in exercise control group and white cell activities.
• Travel as needed, including OCONUS locations, with occasional after-hours work.
• Provide assessments, lessons learned and recommendations to improve readiness.
• Coordinate with DoD, Allies and mission partners to ensure coherent efforts.

15+ years relevant experience in lieu of degree
