Job summary

Credence seeks an Exercise/Wargame Planning and Assessment Specialist to support the U.S. Space Force at Vandenberg AFB, CA.

The role involves planning, executing, and assessing exercises and wargames across the Joint Exercise Life Cycle, developing readiness products, and coordinating with DoD partners to ensure mission readiness. The candidate will travel as required, hold a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, and possess a bachelor's degree or higher.

Qualifications

• Must have strong writing, briefing, collaboration, and senior-leader decision-support skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and assess exercises and wargames across the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (design to evaluation).
• Develop readiness assessments, lessons learned, and commander decision products.
• Coordinate with DoD, Allies, and Mission Partners; synchronize activities with several organizations.
• Travel CONUS/OCONUS and work weekends/extended hours as needed.
