The GARRETT GROUP is seeking a Joint Exercise Event Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support design, planning, execution, and assessment of seminars, tabletop exercises, and wargames. Candidates should have deep expertise in joint operations and the ability to coordinate complex events to advance strategic mission objectives.

Required experience includes at least 7 years designing and leading exercises, with familiarity in USSTRATCOM missions at CCMD or Joint Staff levels.

Qualificações

• Minimum 7 years designing, planning and leading seminars, tabletop exercises, wargames.
• Experience with USSTRATCOM missions at CCMD level or higher.
• Ability to lead complex exercise events with senior personnel.

Responsabilidades

• Design, plan and lead seminars and wargames in support of mission requirements.
• Develop exercise concepts, scenarios, objectives, and evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and mission partners for realism and value.
• Provide SME guidance on joint operations and exercise development.
• Analyze outcomes and prepare after-action reports with recommendations.
• Support USSTRATCOM mission areas and strategic initiatives as needed.
