USfalcon, Inc. seeks a Joint Exercise Event SME to support USSTRATCOM at Offutt AFB, NE. You will design, plan, execute, and assess seminars, tabletop exercises, and wargames, applying deep knowledge of joint operations to advance strategic objectives.

The role requires leading complex events with senior military and civilian stakeholders, delivering after-action reports, and ensuring realism, accuracy, and value across mission partners. Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years designing and leading seminars, tabletop exercises, wargames, or similar projects.
• Experience with USSTRATCOM missions at CCMD, Joint Staff, or MAJCOM levels.
• Ability to lead complex exercise events with senior military and civilian personnel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead seminars, tabletop exercises, and wargames aligned with mission requirements.
• Develop exercise concepts, scenarios, objectives, and evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and mission partners to ensure realism and value.
• Provide SME expertise in joint operations and exercise development.
• Analyze outcomes, prepare after-action reports, and recommend improvements.
• Support USSTRATCOM missions and contribute to broader strategic initiatives as needed.
