Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a highly experienced professional to support the US BICES-X program. You will work on an internationally dispersed team supporting combatant commands and partners, solving real-world intelligence problems in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with program staff, exercise planners, and vendors to ensure effective exercise support, deliverables, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant professional experience.
• Experience with the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) or equivalent.
• Must possess and maintain Top Secret with SCI Eligibility.
• Effective management skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task under stress.
• Ability to maintain user access across multiple network domains.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to conduct independent research and analysis for product development and presentation.
• Additional certifications may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Program and CCMD personnel on upcoming exercises to align support with architecture.
• Supports exercise requirements including expansions and deployments.
• Serves as a US BICES-X SME to balance requirements with capabilities.
• Provides regular updates to senior staff on exercise support requirements.
• Participates in developing technical project plans, proposals, and reports.
• Updates leadership during Exercise Support Working Group and Daily Update Brief.
• Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and client staff on behalf of the client.
• Develops, maintains, and presents briefing materials related to exercise support.
• Maintains exercise support documentation and repository.
• Tracks scheduled support across various tools and facilitates QA of deliverables.
