Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a seasoned professional for the US BICES-X program to support DoD intelligence information sharing. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with an internationally dispersed team to support warfighter missions.

The position requires Top Secret/SCI eligibility, 10+ years of experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. Onsite work at MacDill AFB with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant professional experience.
• Experience with the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC).
• Must possess and maintain a Top Secret with SCI Eligibility.
• Effective management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Program and CCMD personnel on upcoming exercises to align BICES-X support with the MPE architecture.
• Coordinate with Program Portfolio Leads to support exercise requirements.
• Serve as a US BICES-X SME to exercise planners to balance requirements with capabilities.
• Provide regular updates to senior program staff on exercise support requirements.
• Develop technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task orders.
• Update MPCO leadership during the Exercise Support Working Group and Daily Update Brief.
• Attend exercise planning conferences as required and serve as a BICES-X SME on requirements.
• Interact with vendors and other agencies on behalf of the client.
