Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking an Exercise Planner/Intel Ops to support a Federal government client. The role involves developing scenario-based training to test integration across intelligence, logistics, and communications, while coordinating with civilian authorities and managing RMT requirements.

Responsibilities include capturing lessons learned, producing briefs, and supporting F3EAD and ISR management during exercises. A strong background in SOF operations and planning is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree required.
• 10 years SOF operations and/or intelligence experience as operator or leader in a SMU or equivalent.
• Multiple SOF exercise planning experiences and program management exposure.
• GOV/local municipality coordination for urban SOF exercises in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Capture lessons learned and distribute daily evaluation reports to discipline chiefs.
• Develop scenario-based training to evaluate integrated intelligence, logistics, and communications operations.
• Coordinate with civilian authorities and law enforcement for RMT requirements and exercise support.
• Prepare briefs and reports for exercise execution and support F3EAD processes.
