Job summary

CLA is seeking a Senior Associate for our National Tax Exempt (NExT) team in Massachusetts. You will collaborate with clients on tax compliance and advisory work, research complex issues, and guide engagements from scoping to delivery. You will mentor associates and use technology to improve efficiency and client experience.

Required: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 4 years of relevant experience, and CPA exam eligibility preferred. Competitive wages reflect geography and experience.

Qualifications

• Four years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in business services or consulting is preferred.
• Eligible to sit for CPA exam preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to provide customized tax compliance and tax advisory services and work with tax team members to research complex tax issues.
• Manage engagements from scoping through delivery, with ownership of timelines, budgets, and client relationships.
• Mentor associates and interns, helping build a high-performing Exempt Tax team

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
