Publicis Groupe is seeking an Associate Executive Recruiter / Sourcer to support senior executive searches across marketing, consulting, professional services, technology, and related industries. This role requires deep experience in executive searches, market mapping, candidate outreach, and process management.

The ideal candidate comes from a retained search environment, can build targeted talent pools quickly, and move searches with speed and rigor while maintaining stakeholder communication

Qualificações

• 5-10+ years of experience within an executive search firm.
• Experience recruiting within professional services, consulting, marketing, digital, or technology.
• Deep expertise in talent sourcing, executive research, market mapping, and candidate engagement.
• Independently managed significant portions of executive searches with pace and quality.
• Strong screening and assessment to identify leadership potential and fit.
• Established talent maps, research methods, and networks ready to leverage.
• Understands modern marketing talent beyond traditional agencies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead talent mapping and candidate identification for executive searches across marketing and tech sectors.
• Build and maintain robust pipelines of senior talent using research methods, maps, LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, and outreach.
• Drive search execution from kickoff to candidate delivery with strong project management and momentum.
• Identify emerging and modern marketing talent beyond traditional agency networks.
• Develop competitive intelligence, mapping, and talent landscape analyses to support recruiting strategies.
• Partner with executive recruiters and hiring leaders to refine search strategies and calibrate target pools.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and screening conversations ahead of committee meetings.
