Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end executive searches, talent mapping, market intelligence, and governance across compensation and legal frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including executive-search leadership.
• Master’s degree and experience in large, matrixed orgs preferred for enterprise-wide recruitment oversight.
• SHRM or equivalent certification preferred (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Leads the enterprise-wide executive recruitment function with end-to-end lifecycle ownership for all executive searches.
• Partners with CHRO, CEO and ELT to define leadership profiles and evaluation standards aligned with succession planning.
• Conducts talent mapping and market scans; manages relationships with external retained search firms for quality delivery.
• Advises hiring leaders on structured interviewing, decision-making, and confidential candidate experience.
• Maintains governance with compensation, legal, and offer processes; provides talent metrics and insights.
